One of the senior instructors INJURED ME when I attended this martial arts school . Tony was the man who was demonstrating something on me ; he was showing me what can happen if I do the technique wrong so he threw me down but HE FELL ON ME and tore cartilage in my knee . He never even said he was sorry , probably because he was not .I believe he was instructed to harm me but I cannot prove it however karma comes back around , so I'm certain he/they will get his/theirs ......Also the other senior instructor at the time Aaron is a low class guy , I know because I hung out with him outside of the class at few times . Additionally one of the men who attended this school was connected to evil sector of the government .... There is a lot going on behind the scenes at this place ; drama , politics and secrets .MAYBE DON'T GO TO THIS SCHOOL IF YOU WANT TO REMAIN UNINJURED AS I KNOW THAT OTHERS HAVE BEEN INJURED AT THIS BUSINESS . When I was injured the business was in a different location and had a different name but the same people were running the place and teaching .Attending this school, taught me to be careful who you place your trust in , for it may be people with their own agenda or who are following evil orders , or they may just be bad teachers . If he wasn't told to harm me then he is just a very poor and irresponsible instructor , either way from my experience these people are no good . - Truth Lover

California Martial Arts Institute Introduce

Welcome to the California Martial Arts Institute, a unique and distinct training center located in Sonoma, California. More than a traditional martial arts school, this institution operates as a non-profit organization dedicated to providing specialized training in a wide range of combat and self-defense disciplines. The institute offers a place where both children and adults can learn practical skills, improve their physical fitness, and gain confidence in a structured environment.

The institute's approach to martial arts is comprehensive and unconventional. While many schools focus on a single style, the California Martial Arts Institute offers a diverse curriculum that includes disciplines like Muay Thai, sword fighting, and unarmed combat. This variety is designed to provide students with a well-rounded set of skills, preparing them for a range of situations. The emphasis is on practical application and real-world effectiveness, which is a key part of the training philosophy. The institute also provides specialized programs for children, helping them develop discipline and coordination from a young age.

In addition to its unique training programs, the California Martial Arts Institute functions as a martial arts supply store. This dual role allows it to provide students with the necessary gear and equipment for their training, making it a convenient, one-stop shop. The combination of a non-profit structure, a diverse curriculum, and a supply store makes the institute a truly unique entity in the Sonoma martial arts community.

While the institute has its unique offerings, it is important to consider all perspectives. A review from a former student described a negative experience, alleging they were injured by a senior instructor during a demonstration and that the instructor did not apologize. The review also mentioned a belief that drama, politics, and secrets were at play behind the scenes. This account serves as a reminder that personal experiences can vary greatly and that it is important to be cautious and aware when choosing a martial arts school.

Conversely, another review from a student praised Sifu Aaron, another senior instructor, for providing them with the necessary tools to defend themselves and helping them get into shape. This individual highly recommended at least one session for anyone who is "un-athletic" and wishes to improve their physical ability. They specifically highlighted the effectiveness of the exercises and stretches in the kickboxing class, stating they were "like no other." This positive experience contrasts with the previous review and shows that for some students, the training can be transformative and highly beneficial. These differing accounts highlight the importance of individual research and personal experience in finding the right fit for your training needs.
