We joined TKM with my 11 yo. Because we had no previous experience with any kind of martial arts, we decided to schedule a one on one introduction practice. That was a wonderful idea.My daughter was curious to join practices after a one-time exposure. The coach shared his thoughts based on experience working with kids. The assessment of the instructor was helpful understanding our starting point and for the TKM coaches to get a sense how to work with my daughter.Almost half year in, her skills are much improved, cardio is also part of the training I like it as a parent (on my checklist). As well as a self confidence I see skyrocketing for my daughter.Very nice families and kids - great community! I would definitely recommend to give it a shot

I’ve been taking classes at TKM for the past few months and have had a wonderful experience there. All the instructors are welcoming, warm and knowledgeable. I decided to do Krav Maga because I wanted to feel like I would be able to handle any situation and also be able to protect myself and my children. When I started TKM over two years ago I immediately felt like I had found what I was looking for . Not only did I feel like I found a new family I feel much more confident and less afraid of dangerous situations. Haim is an excellent teacher and is extremely passionate about what he does. He makes great effort to make sure students are comfortable and are able to fully understand and perform the material. He is an inspiration to all of us at Tkm.

I have been going to TKM for the past two month and have registered my 6 year old son and 9 year old daughter. The class has a good mix of warm up, stretching, self defense techniques, and crossfire style fitness at the end. It's highly effective even after only two month or practicing basic moves and I think is a must for everyone to know.I highly recommend TKM! The instructors are great, the facility is very convenient, and you get a great workout regardless of the fact that you learn really effective self defense techniques.
