★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been going here for just about 2 years. Wojtek sensei is a great teacher, he is always motivated and happy to teach. I usually attend the adult class, which usually consists of warning up, stretching, then combination drills or kata. What I think is on of the best things about the adult class is the stretching, because I can really see the benefits and progress over time.
