★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1As a ex student of this club I would say it's soso as it's basic in it's teaching ,it's a club the teacher basic technique very little to no self defense is taught and for many that's okay. Fine for basic practice( no real hard training to forge the body) but the oject of the teachings are based on sport karate guys as opponents and not self defense or street defense in a martial arts sense. The claims are about building character not winning or losing and true self defense should be about real combat. 2 and a half to 2 star at best. Ex Brown Belt over two and a half years at that rank with more than 1and a half of it at 1Kyu.RankVery inexpensive class for those with financial issues but you get what you pay for.
