★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My 6 year old son has been at OSA for about a month now. We decided to come here after him needing a change from his usual aftercare. As a bonus, they have him in Judo classes twice a week. So far, he's loving it! The main thing we need to get used to is packing lunch if he's there for a full day (but that is minor and rare).Instructor Hernandez and Mrs. Hernandez are a wonderful team. She is really like a motherly figure, and helps them build good habits, keeps them busy and productive. He's already learned a lot with Judo, and the community around their classes are top notch. You can tell everyone genuinely cares. There's always events to have an opportunity to come together, which is really nice and makes a big difference.Having Princess in their space was a fun surprise, especially since our family love dogs! (Don't worry, she's little and super sweet.)If you're unsure, I highly recommend you give OSA a try.
December 09 · Reony TonneyckWe have been attending OSA for about a month now and we could not be happier with this martial arts program. We were on the fence on what program to choose for our 5 and 6 year old boys. We were allowed to try both TKD and Judo before choosing so our boys could choose what they preferred. The boys ended up choosing Judo. They enjoy going and ask about when their next class is often. OSA staff is so patient with the boys. We had looked at martial arts before, but the boys immediately loved this program and us was an easy decision that this was the place for our family. There are so many activities that are offered that truly make this program worth it for us. It was important for our boys to be in a place that they felt like they belonged with appropriate structure for them.
November 20 · Dianna DixonInstructor Hernandez is the best with the kids. My son immediately fell in love with training after his first session. I see him sticking with this long term under Instructor Hernandez
February 04 · Irvin GilcreaseInstructor Hernandez at the Manassas location is truly outstanding! His teaching style is both engaging and motivating, ensuring that students not only learn the skills but also develop confidence and discipline. Our son and we as parents have noticed a significant improvement in his high kicks and overall technique in just a few months. Instructor Hernandez takes the time to work with each student individually, fostering real progress. If you're serious about Taekwondo, he's the instructor you want guiding your journey!
October 10 · Sedi MendiIf I could give more stars I would. This place is amazing. My 2 ADHD-C and Autistic boys have had the best summer here. They were always busy with trips and activities but they learned so much as well. Their behavior and manners improved infinitely even at home. The instructors and all of the other staff took the time to learn about my kids and what they needed to adjust and how to deal with them on a daily basis. Even with issues with their medication not working right they were amazing with my boys.
