★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can't say enough good things about this school! All of the instructors are professional and really care about the students. My kids have been taking classes here for over a year and I've seen a lot of improvement not just with karate but in their every day lives. They have more confidence in themselves and in their interactions with others. They've also learned a lot about discipline and self control. The first few weeks they were all timid and my daughters basically cried through the entire class, but we kept bringing them and they slowly got over their fears and have become stronger and tougher. I’m very glad we made the decision to enroll our children here.
January 08 · Heather HHorrified! My son (5 yo) went to a trail class last night in Landing. I was completely appalled at how the instructor treated his 3 students (other then my son). Out of 4 total kids there, he made 3 cry at some point throughout the 30 mins. 2 out of 4 never finished the 30 minutes because he made one leave (for a lame reason) and the other left crying (after he got hit with a soft stick 4 times in a row by the instructor). He forced a little girl to say hello to my son and when she didn't he told her to knock it off, and to stop scaring him. I can't in good faith bring my son back there. The way he treated these little kids was completely unnecessary. We have been in the karate world for over a year (at another place) and I know this is no way to teach.
November 07 · Lucretia ZiobroWe had my son’s 5th birthday party at NJMAA (Randolph location) and I cant recommend it enough!Renshi and Sensai Kim were extremely helpful and accessible for any questions we had leading up to the event. They provided pizza for the kids, cake (we picked out the flavor and design and they ordered it) and party favors. They also took care of ordering the adults’ pizza for us. All we had to bring were paper goods, balloons, and drinks/snacks for adults.I was worried about how a party with over 40 kids (and 40+ adults) would work, but it went off without a hitch. They managed to keep the kids engaged and entertained the entire time. No easy feat! They clearly know what they are doing with kids.I have also heard excellent things about their martial arts classes, and look forward my son participating in them.
November 10 · Shari FlowersReally nice people and good times and fun memories to have. Making friends there was easy and I had an exciting time for years. Thank you for the greatest karate experience of a lifetime. Big thanks to all the staff for delivering cheer and joy. They take respect seriously and in a good way. I miss you NJMAA and to all my used to be friends.
October 12 · Joe PascaleThis place is full with angry. If I could rate it zero. I will give no star at all. Everyone please save your money go somewhere else. Did you support this community and school too? Of course not. Because you from landing. What did you do to our boys? No one knows but God he is watching you. One more time I don't owned the business at Randolph. But I know my boss do support our community and school all the time. Go ask anyone in Randolph. That is why his store could stay over 20 years and for ever. One more time We did pay the last month tuition. I have the check copy from chase bank at 2013. I still keep it. Big lier
