The goal is to get young children excited about exercise while emphasizing respect and cooperation.

Adults Program: For adults, the classes offer a holistic mind-and-body training experience. Participants can increase their energy levels, improve physical fitness and flexibility, and relieve stress. The program teaches traditional Taekwondo techniques and includes meditation for a well-rounded fitness approach.

December 13 · Jackeline JaureguiMy boys started two months ago 6 & 10 they love the masters.always wants to go.im happy with them and their teaching skills . They don't force you into anything.would highly recommend!
August 08 · Mari dimplzBoth my girls take classes here and love it. The environment is friendly and inviting and the kids have a great time while learning. I would definitely recommend.
February 02 · sophiaMy son started the class when he was five. Every two months he worked hard we too the bus in the snow to get him to the classes. This December would be three years that he passed the black belt test got the new uniform along with the black belt. Mastw Kim told me that In 6 months my son would receive the certificate from Korea. I waited and waited. I called Roxanne said to speak with him. He said he ddnt receive it. Then I waited 3 more months I asked for it he said he thought I got it. I said why would you say that when you told me it ddnt come. He said He Will contact Korea. I called I said why is it taking so long he said my son was an exceptional case I said what do you mean by that? He said ma'am we don't have the certificate. I spent over 5000 dollars for my son to spend 2 years doing this class qualified for every test. They were always encouraging him because I said he will not continue when he gets his black belt. They no longer had my son's interest at heart. December coming will be three years and we still have not received the Black Belt Certificate. I am wondering if I have to go on Judge Judy to get it. Every month we paid on time. Every time they were nice to us . I even put my younger son in for three months but he didn't like it. Master Kim knows me very well. He put the phone down on me because I kept asking for my son's certificate. As a parent you make such sacrifice and investment and then these people refuse to give my son his certificate. Other people got theirs. Maybe Judge Judy cam help me get it.
September 11 · Angela OsmondFew months I went there. I have cancelled my service one month ago. From the beginning I found, whenever someone complains they do not like that person anymore. We had problem in sparring class. One kid kicked on my daughter's neck (out of the protection area). My daughter came out from the class crying. They don't teach kids efficiently how to kick and where. When I complained about this, they did not like. They got upset with me. Plus started to scare me by saying lots of negative sides such as your hands will be bruised, wounded, injured...etc. Master Kim did not admit their mistake at all. I have even video how hard the other kid was kicking. That's really made me so sad and upset. I have decided not to continue. Master kim believes him and his worker are THE BEAST. When parent complains, he hates them. While he was talking with me, he tried to remove my kid from the class few times without any final decision. Although I have paid two months advance. His intention is all about money.
