Truly remarkable to see my 9 year old daughter and my 11 year old son grow as students. I feel like they both have an understanding of what hard work can produce if you put your mind to it. My kids love going each week and all of the instructors have their own unique way of teaching which gives them a different perspective on how to learn. I would highly recommend for all ages! Awesome to watch the "older" folks perform their katas and sparring with such energy and spirit!
