He has a master's degree in psychology and is amazingly patient with younger children, incorporating play and games into lessons derived from traditional Japanese Karate culture.For older students, the competition team is simply outstanding. The lessons they learned as beginners are refined to bring out their very best...and make no mistake, they are among the very best.Hiro Karate is partnering with Zenith Jiu Jitsu to train that discipline from ages 10+.My own son started training here at the age of five. Nearly ten, he has earned a 3rd degree brown belt and has medaled in numerous tournaments. He has trained under THREE world champions in the past year. Just as impressive, he has learned respect and how to work towards long term goals. The fitness and confidence he's developed in the dojo has let him pick up other sports with surprising ease.I really cannot recommend Hiro Karate enough.

I would highly recommend this dojo for anyone looking to learn martial arts. My daughter has been attending classes for over a year and absolutely loves it. Sensei Hiroshi Allen expects students to try hard and pay attention while keeping his classes fun. She has come a long way since starting as a beginner and I know she will continue to grow. We’ve made friends over the year and learned that Hiro Karate is not just a school but also a community.
