★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Update: It closed down! But I moved to Stackhouse Training and have seen great results there! Love the vibe too! It’s been a long while since I’ve done group workouts! I dabbled in home workouts here and there but nothing stuck. Lately, I’ve been doing what I could, but getting zero results.I was a stay at home mom for 11 years. I’m part time now with 3 kids, all in sports! Can I just say how good it feels to have something healthy to accomplish all for me! This isn’t getting a mani/pedi or getting that iced apple crisp chai latte from Starbucks yummy goodness…this is different! It’s my life changing thing!A little nugget that brings me joy…I make my coffee before the workout and have it in the car ready for me to start sipping when I get done with the workout! It’s the most exhilarating feeling to sit in the car when I’m all done and headed home to start the day! I’m smiling, sipping my coffee and thanking God for all the things!!A list of reasons why I will keep going to workout at Eat The Frog: I love the friendly knowledgeable staff, everyone who is there, wants to be there. I love that I feel completely safe there! I love that It’s clean! I love that there is music (there’s nothing like working out to the beat and getting in the zone)! I love that when the workout starts, the lighting changes to help get you in the zone! The live coached sessions helps me know what I’m doing so when I choose a virtual day, I know what I’m doing! I love that there is an app and it’s user friendly! The Frog Pod (pictured) monitors workouts so I earn points and they load straight to the app! I love seeing my stats on the screen so I know I’m pushing as hard as I should be to get the results I want. I forgot my frog pod at home one time…still pushed hard at my workout but I will be the only one to know it. lol. Never again! Now that I’ve written a book…I’ll end with this:The end. 🥰
June 05 · Hollands5Love the instructors/employees & the facility. Great workout that changes daily, so they never get boring. I love group fitness. You get the cardio & the strength- there’s so much packed into this hour! It’s a great way to start the day. They offer multiple sessions throughout the day to accommodate everyone’s schedule. They even have wellness shots on site twice a month- I took advantage of that yesterday! The workouts challenge me, build muscle & endurance, reduce anxiety throughout the day, build confidence, & increase my energy.
October 23 · Mary FarleyI have thoroughly enjoyed every experience with ETF. Moved to Ooltewah recently and was looking for a new gym. From the moment I walked in to ask questions, I was greeted with the friendliest and most energetic soul, Jolynn. I couldn’t wait to sign up from her energy alone. My first workout, my coach took the time to make sure I understood everything and was doing it correctly. From then on, everyone I have came in contact with from the owner to the members have just been so kind. They push you when you need pushed and encourage when you need encouraged. I’ve been going for about 3 weeks now and it already feels like family. Highly recommend. Great workouts. Great environment.
January 24 · Nicole CassettyI cannot imagine my journey to recovery after my Traumatic Brain Injury without my Eat the Frog crew by my side ! The Coaches always help to push me and scale movements to a level I can do and my classmates remind me that it’s a lot easier to sweat in company !
January 15 · Jeff RichmondAmazing place to work out! Coaches are so encouraging, and they are welcoming to all fitness levels! Having somewhere I can work out 24/7 is important to me because of my work schedule, so even if I can’t make it in for a coach-led session during the day, I can still do a virtual session anytime! This is the first place I have gone where I genuinely enjoy the workouts- they are always challenging but they are still manageable even for beginners! I always leave feeling so accomplished!
