★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The place used to be a good when Master Kyle Park was there. Once he left, I had a feeling that things were not going to be good again since he was so amazing but I gave Master Kerry the chance to demonstrate her capabilities. I was wrong, even though I spoke to her face-to-face many times to be honest with me and with all the people that always supported her and her business. She lied straight to my face and regarding the Taekwondo principles and creed that she teaches the children to live by, she does the opposite and my kids could not believe that she could do that. Please do not waste your money.

March 26 · Natasha SitkoI paid $1,500 for Black Belt Testing fees for myself and two sons ($500 each); however, earned and promised Kukkiwon certification have not been received. The owner stopped communicating.Backstory: My two children and I began training at Dynamic Taekwondo. We chose Dynamic Taekwondo because they were certified by the governing body of Taekwondo called Kukkiwon. In Sep 2021, my two children and I tested and earned our Black Belt. I paid the testing fees of $1,500 ($500 for each), took passport photos, and gave everything to the owner, Kerry Elich to have our packages submitted to Kukkiwon. Kerry Elich communicated with me until February of 2022 where she stopped responding to emails or phone calls. I was assured that our packages would be submitted to Kukkiwon, but might be delayed due to COVID. However, I contacted Kukkiwon and they have no record of receiving our packages. I did not request a refund for the thousands of dollars I spent in tuition for the 3+ years we trained at Dynamic Taekwondo. I only requested a repayment of the Black Belt testing fees of $1,500. I asked this in emails and I've attempted to call the location with no success. The phone number said it was not in service. I am active duty Air Force and I had to move for military orders in January 2022, therefore I can't go there in person to try and resolve this problem. I recently received an email from her about new class schedules, so I know that the email address I have for her is still valid. I am hoping for a resolution, but really wanting to let others know that if you pay the fee for Black Belt testing, you probably won’t ever receive your Kukkiwon certificate. Unfortunately this means my kids and I can’t test for our second degree until this is resolved. The other instructors, in particular Master Kyle Park, are fantastic instructors and this complaint in no way is a reflection on them. There are past Google reviews that had the same problem, but I feel it's my responsibility to let the public know that this practice is still happening. When I asked Kerry Elich about these past reviews she assured me that the problem had been resolved. Clearly, the problem has not been corrected.

August 18 · Michael HawkinsFirst off, Grace Kim's 5 star review is a blatant lie and shill review. 2 weeks ago this place closed it's doors with zero communication to clients, I found out they were "moving" from a neighboring business. With any luck I'll be able to get a refund on the year of lessons I prepaid for my son, but I'm not hopeful. If they ever do open again, do not give these swindlers a dime of your money.

March 25 · Felipe GonzalezNot only have I gotten my second degree black belt but they have supported my a lot. When I was sick they had helped me and my family through it and they are like family. They have also supported my blood drives that I held there. They are very fun but strict people. They keep you on task for helping either for testing, like belts and stuff, or for tournaments. This is a very good place with great masters and instructors.
