Together we have lost over 70 pounds.My son, who is 32 and has Down syndrome, has always been treated with upmost respect and he considers Don a friend . Don has worked to adapt exercises for my son’s needs and encourages him to work hard and succeed. My son wants to start taking karate lessons in the fall as well.I recommend his Studio for anyone looking for martial arts, boxing or personal training.
