★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Classical Martial Arts of Long Island is truly exceptional! From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re welcomed into a warm and supportive environment that values respect, discipline, and personal growth. SIFU Steve is not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and encouraging, making sure every student feels confident and motivated.Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your skills, the classes are thoughtfully structured to meet individual needs while fostering a sense of community. The attention to detail in their teaching methods is remarkable, and it's clear they genuinely care about their students' progress both on and off the mat.If you're looking for a place that combines tradition, professionalism, and a family-like atmosphere, Classical Martial Arts of Long Island is the perfect choice. I’m so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on my son’s journey, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
November 27 · Stanislav SlivchenkoMy son loves going to Karate Class! Sensai Steve is wonderful! His classes are amazing. My son has some special needs and this class is really helping him in his everyday life as well as school. I am so happy with our decision to enroll our son in this school!
December 05 · Kristine Kass2 years now since my 11 & 7 year old started at Classical Martial Arts of Long Island, and happy to see the kids confidence and skills improved. Thanks to sensei Steve and his wonderful wife Norma who managed and coached the kids in every aspect of their skills.
December 11 · Celeste BonillaMy journey with Classical started with this picture, and it has been a fantastic, joyous experience ever since! There is no place better to find a massive amount of traditional knowledge about the Eastern cultures and their fighting traditions, no place more dedicated to helping you discover the best possible version of your self and no place safer to practice fighting. He’s a doctor after all! I could drone on and on about what they do, how they practice but in truth? The best experience I can share is what you’re going to learn when you weren’t even looking for it. Going for karate? You might really like grappling. Oh you just want to compete? Turns out now your learning how to properly breath cause you didn’t notice you had breathing problems. Sensei/Sifu Steve is a wonderful teacher, a compassionate mentor and I haven’t convinced you to at least try it out, just talk to him, you’ll see what I mean😁
November 28 · Darren HendersonClassical Martial Arts of Long Island is my first experience training any martial art, and I’m glad I chose them. I found them through Google and tried out their 2 week free trial, and I now plan to train here for years. They make you feel like family and Sifu Steve is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in many martial art practices. Great teacher, wonderful group of people
