★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our daughter has been coming here for seven years. My father is also in the adult class. This is by far the best environment when looking for a place to train and serve the community! If our family could give a 10 star rating we would. Sensei Booker is very invested in the growth and wellbeing of his students and their families.
September 17 · Donna EthierWe started coming here last year with my 6 year old son and now my four year old daughter. I cannot say enough about this place. It is family-run, with a Christian atmosphere of love for the community. They do their best to keep it affordable, while also providing opportunities for the children to help others in the community (such as veterans and the elderly). The best part is how much I can already see this program supporting our efforts at home to teach our children good character, discipline, and self-confidence in mere months.
September 06 · Katrina GarrisonMy pre-teen daughter has been taking classes for six months now and i feel that I have given enough time to write a review. Her Sensei (instructor) is very skilled in the art of teaching kids. He is very patient and does a great job of keeping the kids engaged, interested and motivated. The cost of the class is very reasonable, the facility is very nice, and the atmosphere is very positive. This isn't some macho ninja baloney; it is educational. Her whole experience has been very rewarding and I highly recommend Budokan Newton to anyone. I see a notable change in her patience and self-control and I accredit it to this class.
July 23 · Ralph Yerby RayI went for the first time to see my grandson in action. It was a great atmosphere for the kids. They had a fun time learning the fundamentals, had water/potty breaks as needed and the adults watched the kids on a screen so we weren't distracting to the class or teacher. They were so excited to be there and it was a great time for all!
January 13 · Karen GinnettMy daughter has been going to the studio for 3 years we love sensei and his patience and understanding when teaching children of all ages and adults. It is affordable and I wouldn't have my daughter practice martial arts anywhere else
