When I reached out to talk to her about having a health issue that I need to deal with , she was understanding of my situation.They are very kind , and relaxed. I have always felt comfortable working out there. Jen is usually there when I come and she has made it so fun ! We listen to music while working out, and she explains each station of the circuit to makes sure you understand how to complete the station with proper form. Jen is friendly and so helpful !Thank you Blue Ridge Taekwondo. I appreciate the small town feel and always feel welcomed when I arrived. It feels good to move my body in a safe and friendly environment.

The staff is very friendly and have always been helpful and patient when I as an exercise newbie need help with new techniques or activities. I’ve also appreciated that the gym is always clean and sanitized and they comply with local orders and wisdom regarding COVID safety. At first, I just joined to learn a new skill and get some exercise in and now I’m thrilled every time I see improvement. Not only have my skills at certain exercises improved dramatically, but I have a lot more energy and my posture has improved, too. I wholeheartedly recommend this as a place to exercise and learn a fun new skill.
January 15 · Joyous FaithGoing to this gym is like walking in to the Cheers bar- everybody knows your name- and everyone is very friendly. The trainers are encouraging, supportive, and helpful. The workout leaves me feeling energized and strong. I love that I can go anytime during their hours and start a ready made workout complete with cardio and strength-training.
