★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My daughter (12) and I have been taking Muay Thai classes once a week at 36 Chambers and absolutely love it! Coach Alex does a phenomenal job of leading a class with varying skillsets and experience levels. She is informative, demonstrative, and makes sure we are all disciplined in our technique. Conditioning is top notch as well!
March 08 · Erik HerrmannMy son and myself are both enjoying 36 Chambers immensely. As he has progressed there, I’ve watched him truly bloom. He has straight A’s the last two semesters and an entirely different demeanor. Happier than I’ve ever seen him, he is growing up right before my eyes. I see a direct correlation between his rapid growth off the mat and his hard work on it.We see a bright future that was less certain before I brought him to 36 Chambers. The coaches do a tremendous job of teaching fundamentals, building rapport and tailoring interactions to meet people where they are without compromising core values. If you want to work hard & earn a spot worth having, this is a wonderful gym to do so. Ask for either Alex or Kevin. They both excel in this space.
February 28 · Jason JonesWhen I first came into this gym I was 250lbs, lost and low confidence, I been at the gym for about 9 months now and it has been the best decision I have ever made. I am 215 now and my skills have gone up tremendously thanks to coach Alex and Kevin. If you look to get in shape, train, compete, or for a hobby this is the best gym in NC, you will not regret you decision. Great environment, family friendly and high level coaching.
February 03 · Omar CentenoThe karate class that are lead by Seth are extraordinary. This place make you feel as part of a big family and the kids are taking care for each other. Cannot be happier to bring my kid for the classes.BJJ classes are excellent as well. And still, after 3 years, everything is great, and they did renovation
February 17 · Peter Filipov36 Chambers is a hidden gem! The facility is nice, clean, good location. Great atmosphere. My son first went there, scrawny, 14 yr old, no martial arts background, and started his first class with ease. No judgment, no pettiness. Matt was instructing that night and without hesitation got Caleb set up and warming up. Everyone there is welcoming and focused. The owner, Alex, has it figured out. She’s created an environment of empowerment and grace that stands apart from the rest. Other gym owners should all take notes.
