November 03 · Abbey HavensAs an avid martial artist from years ago, I appreciate a classic Dojo that understands old-school Karate. After eight years of being out, I decided to join here and learn Kyokushin Karate because I’ve always been interested in it. They are very accepting of both casual people that have no experience, and someone like me who has a lot of experience but it’s been quite a few years. The camaraderie and instruction are both quite good!
October 31 · Zachary HansenI highly recommend training at this dojo! I had no experience in martial arts before joining but was welcomed and have enjoyed developing my skills. Sensei Sophia is kind, encouraging, skilled, and a great teacher. I’m very grateful to be able to learn karate here!
October 31 · Kristen RosamondFull contact karate isn't well known in the area. That being said, Mizukagami Dojo is the place to learn more about it. Sophia Sensei is a knowledgeable and skilled instructor! She has a wide variety of experience, and will help you with your goals, be it getting back into shape or learning to defend yourself.
