Great gym.Friendly, welcoming staff. Instructors who are not only knowledgeable about there craft, but caring a great teachers. A place were people of all ages are learning confidence, discipline, dedication, and sweat equity, along with some fighting techniques.You should check this place out.

I would recommend this Martial Arts School to anyone interested. The instructors are very very good with children. They explain moves where the kids can understand visually and mentally. They also make the kids experience fun and interesting. The building is very clean and organized. The staff is very polite and caring.

The teachers are so phenomenal and patient with the kids. Great instructors. Really gets them a good workout. The only draw back is the lack of air conditioning or multiple fans. They give the kids lots of water breaks though to help keep ‘em cool. Great pricing and classes for the whole family.
