★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A mothers worst nightmare came true. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! WE FILED A LAWSUIT AND WON. I wasent going to leave a review since we sued them for negligence and child endangerment BUT THEY HAVE NOT LEARNED ANY LESSON. On June 8th 2022 MY son attended their afterschool program and summer camp here. He was 5yrs old in kindergarten. They took a trip to main event in Westly chapel. When they got back he fell asleep on the bus. They did not do a head count and he was left on the bus parked in the sun. it was 96degF outside. over 100deg in the van. They got back around 2pm. I got a phone call around 4pm saying there was a "small" indecent. The only reason they called me is because my son would not stop crying. ANOTHER PARENT'S CHILD got picked up early and he happen to say. "thats my friend on the bus" the mother asked are you sure the little boy (who is my sons living angle on earth) said yes im sure hes on the bus mommy! they turned around and the other parent ran up to the van and she saw my son heaving and crying soaked in sweat red hot face. She ran into the building to let them know a child was on the van. WHAT MAKES THIS WORSE. I came to the facility same day around 2:30 to drop off his uniform for lessons. I went to walk upstairs and the owners stopped me saying parents are not allowed to go there. I gave the head master my sons uniform and told him to tell my baby I love him and Ill see him later(clearly he did not do that). My son was in the van at this time and he SAW ME WALK INTO THE BUILDING HE CALLED FOR ME OVER AND OVER. I DID NOT SEE OR HERE HIM IN THE VAN AND HE SAW ME GET IN MY CAR AND LEAVE. DO YALL HEAR ME! HE WAS SUFFERING AND HE SAW MOMMY LEAVE HIM. When I got back to the facility after they called me He was still crying. He said mommy why didnt you save me . Yall I wanted to burn that building down. THEY DID NOT give me an incident report. Im a nurse. They did not call EMT's they did not take him to the hospital. They put his soaked clothes in a bag and put him in the cold shower! they could have shocked his body going from one extreme temp to the next. MY SON COULD HAVE DIED. THEY HAD HIM dressed in his taekwondo robe and pants without any underwear or tshirt as they where soaked with sweat in the bag. I could ring them out. I met with the other mother who found my baby on the van. THANK GOD FOR THIS FAMILY. When she asked the facility about me they hushed her. After my incident she removed her son as well. NOW HERE IS THE KICKER. HERE IS WHAT MAKES THIS SITUATION EVEN MORE WORSE. YES IT GETS WORSE. in 2020 another mother left a review stating they left her daughter on the bus until dismissal at 6:00PM!!! the only reason her baby was still alive is because it was in the cooler time of the year. Why Am i leaving the review now, 2 years later. Well I was leaving Publix (the facility and Publix are in the same plaza) As i was pulling out I saw the van pull up. I was curios so I parked and watch the kids get out. The driver DID NOT LOOK BACK AT THE KIDS AND COUNT TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE ONE WAS OFF THE BUS. I WAS LIVID. I instantly felt all the rage and emotions As if my baby was still on the bus. I waited until everyone was inside and i went to look through their designed bus windows praying no child was still in there. I HAD NO IDEA i could still be triggered just seeing that place and MY son has been in therapy for 2 years. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. AS A MOTHER DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. THEY ARE NOT SAFE.
June 28 · Nikita ScottAfter learning about the school from my sister in law I decided to give it a try for my three children. They all love it! including my teenage daughter. It has been amazing watching them grow in taekwon-Do and how it's helping in all aspects of their lives. It has become a family affair now. My daughter and her cousins competed in tournaments together and placed 2nd in family forms. Thank you to Master Brunner,Ms. Petra, Sahbum-nim Holly and Cindy, Kyosah-nim Kristian and Caleb, and Mr Javier for your love and care for my children. We all feel like part of the taekwon-Do family.
March 27 · Stacy MooreAs an uncle of 9 nieces and nephews, we are always looking for different activities and hobbies to enlist the kids in when visiting from Palestine. This establishment has been so welcoming and supportive. The kids love it here and miss everyday they aren’t in class. Overall, very pleased with the instructors and how they educate and take the time with each child.
July 17 · Mo HamdanMy whole family has been taking lessons here for the last 9 years. We love this place. The school teaches Tae Kwon Do, but it so much more than just a martial arts school; it's a place where my children have learned the value of discipline, commitment, and how hard work eventually pays off. The school provides these valuable lessons to a wide diversity of students in a supportive manner. The workouts are both physically and mentally challenging. I am amazed at what I've learned in the last 9 years, and I never thought I'd be capable of doing what I can do now. The staff are exceptional teachers and the Grand Master is world-renowned with schools both here in Florida and Germany. I would not hesitate to recommend this school to anyone who wants to get in better shape, be more flexible, learn the value of discipline and hard work. You'll be amazed at what you are capable of.
July 17 · Larry GottschamerI’ve been attending this Taekwondo system for 9 yrs. I credit my improved health to the discipline to persevere in the face of difficulty that the instructors and Head Master reinforce every day. In this world of people seeking comfort and convenience, it’s good to have a challenging environment that gives you and your children the opportunity to overcome challenges, even when you don’t succeed the first, second or third time. Success comes from not giving up to difficulty. And this system supports you to succeed.
