I met and spoke with a few of the instructors, all of them have been in martial arts, dance etc. for around 15 years and know exactly what they're doing.They have a lot of kid classes. I did recommend it to my nephew and his mom, so they'll be trying it out next week.I want to thank the crew at Shape! good luck with the center guys
