★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Exceptionally thoughtful instruction by Master Hafez; our son has been coming here for several years and it is clear the Master cares deeply for each and every kid. He does a great job pushing them hard while helping prevent injuries. He meets every kid where they are and pushes them to achieve more, whether just beginning, or whether an expert black belt. In particular, I really love how he has the more experienced students help teach the younger ones, integrating peer teaching into the instruction. This is a true gem in Redwood City.
September 03 · David E. WeeklyOur son has been attending classes for over seven months and has been loving it. Master Adle has exceptional patience with young kids and provides a positive learning experience. The classes and the exercises have helped our son become more confident overall, especially with his gross-motor skills.
July 31 · Christian CharlesI was skeptical in putting my high energy son in anything that he had to behave in lol. He started a month ago has already got a stripe on his belt. The teacher has a very calming nature about him but at the same time when he dose speak he said not right. Or no thank you an like so.e magic breath the kids just listen. There is no yelling just calm stern voice an man it's magic.. my son is thriving an doing great. I would recommend this. Class for any one. Yes it's only 230 mins but they learn a lot in those small amounts of time an kids don't really last a full hour an retain information.. love love this class an so dose my son...
April 04 · Brandy VassalloMy daughter started Kuk Sool Won in February 2024. She enjoys going every week and she's learned a lot. She is excited to continue learning more and earning her belts. Master Adle is patient, firm, and fun. We highly recommend Kuk Sool Won of Redwood City.
August 22 · Nicole De La CruzIt's a good way to get some exercise without being bored with moving around some dead weights elsewhere. The head instructor & owner is very patient and sees all of the subtle details. He has methods for explaining how things work. There are a lot of other senior students who frequently help in class too; this helps them with their leadership skills. Well worth the time here.
