★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been learning Kung Fu and Tai Chi since January and I’m having a blast. I trained in martial arts briefly as a kid and thought about getting back to it for a long time. I picked the absolute best school, Sifu Pollock’s instruction is excellent and we started building practical skills from day 1. Sifu Pollock makes every class a lot of fun. I really appreciate the focus on structural alignment, I don’t think that is emphasized in most martial arts styles and it’s a definite benefit of this particular school and style. I also really enjoy the practical applications we learn in Tai Chi, it’s uncommon to learn combat applications of the form and I don’t know of any other teacher who teaches in that way. Sifu Pollock breaks it all down step by step and makes it easy to learn the absolute coolest stuff. The school is a community, everyone is so friendly and willing to help out and answer questions. I’m so glad I joined and I’m sticking with it.The yoga classes are also great! Appropriate for all experience levels and a nice way to balance things out at the end of the week. It’s so convenient to have it all under one roof.

He is dedicated to his students and creates an exceptionally welcoming, inclusive, educational, and challenging environment for all skill levels. As an absolute beginner, I was uneasy at first, but Sifu Pollock made time to help me integrate seamlessly. I wish I would have started Tai Chi sooner, as attending his classes are a highlight of my week. 100% recommend.
