★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My son has been a student here for over a year and I joined myself 6 months ago. We love the staff and the structure of the classes. There are camps during school breaks which are great, too. There is an atmosphere of respect and kindness among everyone who works and trains here and I highly recommend Schenectady Pai’s!
December 03 · Kristen ReneeMy daughter has been attending taekwondo for 2 years now and she loves it. My only issue with this center is that they don't have classes specifically for teens. I would prefer my teen daughter to train with teens as well. As a mom of a teenage daughter I am not a fan of mixing teens with full grown adults in training. Just my opinion. I wish they can also schedule blackbelters to attend classes with students so if one has no partner they can easily join and be the partner in certain activity. As long as my daughter is happy and learning she will keep attending here.
January 03 · Ghia FerrariThe staff is amazing and are all great role models for their students to look up too. Master Pai is a wonderful teacher and takes time to focus on all of his students. After a short time enrolled there my son (6 yrs old) showed great improvement in self-discipline and increased confidence. Would highly recommend!
October 30 · Melissa SzigethyWe signed our child up to help promote confidence. Since joining a couple years ago, our child now feels comfortable standing up for himself and others, uses his voice, and carries himself with confidence. The team is very organized and provides individualized support to each child. Pai’s goes beyond the sport and provides tools that promote self-confidence, respect, and integrity. Highly recommended!

Professional, patient, great attitude everyday, and personable all while teaching respect, self control and attention ! You feel welcomed when you go there. There are no cliques, or favoritism. Seeing my daughter build confidence and strength is such a great experience.Master Chris Pai has a great curriculum and staff. He makes it fun while working them hard. He’s genuine and you can see his passion and how much he cares for his students. My daughter has never loved something so much! She feels proud and confident as she walks through the doors, as she should. They also run a very fun summer camp for the students. Hearing “Common Mom, I don’t want to leave yet!” That means so much to me!Try the 2 week trial with your kid(s), we did. She didn’t even want to do it and after her first class she said I can’t wait to come back!
