★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Fun class and highly recommend everybody to learn self defense. You can go for few classes, go a couple of times a month and practice at home. The teacher Michelle is professional and full of knowledge!
August 13 · Luke MI recently took a women's self-defense class with Michelle! I just want to start by saying how grateful I am that they offered this class! The main instructor, Michelle, was AMAZING! Michelle and the staff were so passionate and knowledgeable about women's safety and martial arts. I walked away feeling strong and confident that I could handle myself in many situations, which is a great feeling! I signed up for Michelle's six-week course because she is such a badass and I can't wait to learn more! The facility was clean and comfortable. I will say that the studio is a little hard to find and could benefit from more obvious signage, but I followed Google directions, and I made it. There is parking in the back and a well-lit parking lot/sidewalk! I am so looking forward to doing more with Michelle and her team at Oom Yung Doe!!!
March 31 · Taylor HigginsMichelle held a women's self defense lesson for my employees in a 1.5 hour class that was amazing! Michelle helped us not only learn so many skills to protect ourselves, she provided a safe setting that was so empowering and effective! The event increased our awareness, decreased our internal fears, and brought us closer together as a team. I would recommend this class to all women!

August 03 · Rowin AndruscavageDid a self-defense class for a work event and loved it. Michelle made the class fun and very educational. I am definitely sore after that! I am interested in taking more classes, but we'll see if my body can handle it haha. Thanks for the great class.
