What makes Mixed Miracle Arts an unparalleled choice for martial arts training in California? The answer lies in its profound dedication to its students and their families. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. The team, led by Angel and Sara, understands that every individual has a unique set of needs and potential. They have crafted a program that integrates martial arts with crucial life skills, as highlighted by a parent who wrote, "My children are learning empathy for the exceptional children around them, and they are better for it. Now, add the awesome self-dense skills they are learning and now my kids have the whole package."
The professional background of the instructors in fields like speech-language pathology assistance and behavior analysis sets them apart from typical martial arts schools. This expertise is why parents feel so confident in entrusting their children to Mixed Miracle Arts. One parent and professional noted, "Their humanness and love for what they do and who they work with is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. As a speech-language pathology assistant, I know quality skills when I see it. You won’t find anyone better. Trust me."
In addition to their work with exceptional children, they offer a wide range of services for all ages and abilities, including women's self-defense and various martial arts disciplines. This breadth of offerings ensures that anyone can find a program that suits their needs. The availability of outdoor services and onsite classes provides flexibility, while the appointment-based system ensures that every session is thoughtfully planned and executed. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Angel and Sara are such incredible people! My son Carter came with many severe challenges. They accepted him and our family with open arms. Carter and Angel developed an unbreakable bond. When Carter was really struggling often Angel was the only one he would listen to and was able to calm him down. Carter refers to Angel, “Mr. Figgy” as his best friend. I can’t recommend Mixed Miracle Arts enough. They truly change lives!
February 26 · Laura ArzolaWe love Mixed Miracle Arts! Class sizes are small and inclusive. My children are learning empathy for the exceptional children around them, and they are better for it. Now, add the awesome self-dense skills they are learning and now my kids have the whole package. My children are more confident and thriving in school this year. I can’t say enough about the team at MMA. They are professional and knowledgeable with working with exceptional children. But, they also see the child first before the disability. Their humanness and love for what they do and who they work with is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. As a speech-language pathology assistant, I know quality skills when I see it. You won’t find anyone better. Trust me.
June 07 · Tiffany ManumaOur family loves Mixed Miracle Arts! This is the fourth martial arts center we have tried, and this is where our son really shines. They are very patient with the kids. They expect a certain kind of respect from the kids, and they get it. They make sure that that same respect extends into the home. Our son’s confidence has skyrocketed since he started here. It’s a family run business, and they make you feel like you are a part of the family too. We’ve come to love coming here. We especially love playing with the dogs that hang out there.
November 13 · Stephanie Ramos-CornellLove this place for both of my kids. The instructors have the patience needed for kids who need to be redirected and taught multiple times. They also make it fun.
November 16 · Another PersonThis studio is unbelievably welcoming for special needs children like my son with Down Syndrome. The care and compassion that they show each and every student is unmatched. They are kind and just the right level of firm to ensure that students make necessary skill gains. I am very excited to watch his confidence grow as he continues to advance in belt levels. Thanks X 1000 for carving out a creative and safe safe for our kids!
