★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Such a welcoming and community-centered school! I’ve been attending for about 2 years now and am very grateful for not only the classes but the people here. Lao Shi Eliot is an excellent teacher who puts his students and their learning experience first. He’s intentional with cultivating a welcoming and fun environment and meets each student where they are. All ages, experiences, and people are welcome!I’ve learned a lot about Kung Fu here, but also am continuing to learn and challenge my own limits to grow. Would absolutely recommend coming by 🙏
May 11 · Andrew CraigWhat I love the most about MWKF is the diverse group of learners that participate in learning Kung Fu, and the shared passion among the students and staff to learn more. Plus the endless capacity of jokes and puns, provided by Shifu Prisby.
February 22 · Sevan SarianIt's impossible to express how impactful Laoshi Eliot and Metrowest Kung Fu have been on the life of our family. From the moment we walked in, we felt seen, welcomed, and encouraged.I had originally signed up my 8yo for kids classes and joined the adult Tai Chi class. I eventually switched into the adult Kung Fu, and have found one of the most challenging and joyful activities of my life.Even as a newcomer, with no experience in the martial arts, I was still invited to bring--and become--my best self, no matter where that might be, on any given day. I grow every time I come to class, and have learned so much. Thanks, Laoshi. 🙏
May 21 · Allison MondelUPDATE: We have now been at the school for more than 4 years. In that time Metrowest Kung Fu has become an integral part of our life. Community is very important to Sihing Eliot and we are thrilled to be a part of the community that has been cultivated at the school. Classes are well run and organized, even during these times of remote learning which presents many challenges. I am always impressed with how Eliot thinks about how the students and his school can support each other, especially now.My son loves the Kids Kung Fu classes with Sihing Eliot. He is learning about self discipline and respect as well as Kung Fu. Sihing Eliot does a wonderful job keeping my talkative, high spirited child engaged and on task.
May 25 · Ashley SMy son started taking Kids' Kung Fu last month. It has been wonderful for him! Sihing Eliot is extremely kind, patient, and encouraging. He is exceptionally good with children who need more behavioral or social support. He teaches safety, discipline, and respect and makes it FUN!! My son looks forward to his classes all week! I highly recommend Metrowest Kung Fu!
