★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Don’t think you’re TOO OLD to start!!!🥊🤸♀️ I’ve reached my 3 years this month in Mastering Martial Arts and going strong for more! 💪🏼🥊 Stan is an INCREDIBLY AMAZING coach that’s so positive in his approach to help you reach your fitness goal and helps you build and practice the correct foundation & techniques to make you an effective and efficient martial artist. I didn’t think that me as a woman at my late 30s will be striking, but I incredibly love it to the point that I am, since then, sparring on boxing and kickboxing. Sparring is not a requirement, you can choose to or not too and you can stick to boxing if you don’t want to kick. The drills are insane but fun, a lot of HIIT, etc. This place is sooo POSITIVE, not ego driven, no judgment because of gender, body size, etc, in fact my mates are more supportive with one another. This place has built amazing relationships and has such a warm family feel and friendliness.
July 31 · Kristyyy S.My son has been training with Coach Stan at Mastering Martial Arts since 2022, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most impactful experiences in his life. From day one, Coach Stan has gone above and beyond not only teaching him the art and discipline of boxing, but also instilling values such as confidence, perseverance, humility, and respect. The transformation in my son has been remarkable. He’s not only become physically stronger and more skilled, but also more self-assured, focused, and disciplined in all areas of life. One thing that really stood out to me and that I deeply appreciate is the way Coach Stan has shown genuine care for my son beyond boxing. After practices, he would often take an extra 10 to 15 minutes of his own time to throw the football with my son to help him prepare for flag football. He didn’t have to do that. It wasn’t part of any program or training plan. But he did it because he saw an opportunity to encourage and support my son in another area of his life. That small act speaks volumes about his character, and it’s something we’ll never forget. What makes Coach Stan truly exceptional is his ability to connect with athletes on a personal level. He sees the individual potential in each person and adapts his coaching to bring out the best in them. He leads with integrity, patience, and an unwavering commitment to growth on and off the mat. As a parent, it’s incredibly reassuring to know your child is being mentored by someone who genuinely cares about their development as a whole person.Inspired by the positive changes I saw in my son, I began training with Coach Stan myself last year. With a busy work and family schedule, I wasn’t sure I could make it work, but Coach Stan has been incredibly flexible and accommodating. He always finds time to work around my availability while still holding me accountable and pushing me to improve. His support and consistency have helped me not only stay active but also feel more confident and energized in my daily life. What started as an opportunity for my son has grown into something meaningful for our whole family. The gym itself is more than just a place to train it’s a welcoming, family-oriented community where everyone is encouraged to challenge themselves and support one another. The positive energy, mutual respect, and strong sense of mentorship make it a truly special environment.Coach Stan is more than just a coach he’s a mentor, a role model, and a genuinely good person. I’m incredibly grateful for everything he’s done for our family, and I wholeheartedly recommend him and Mastering Martiel Arts to anyone looking for a place to grow physically, mentally, and personally.
July 31 · David Gomez JimenezI practice my boxing here a lot and Stan is one of the best coaches I’ve ever had! He’s always being supportive to everyone around him. He’s always in a good mood no matter what! He encourages us to keep pushing even through tiredness. I encourage everyone to come out and check this place out!

They are structured for all ages and experience levels - each class is a great workout and fun! Coach Stan and Coach Aaron are awesome and the best instructors I’ve ever had. They are very knowledgeable in martial arts, take the time to teach proper techniques, and create a supportive and positive environment to learn and practice.
