★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Can give less star.Worst staff ever , anyplace in US people better then here! They pretend follow rules, and do not accept military issued ID, with this ID people can board on flight BUT cannot get in to YMCA.No respect to customer at all, management have to do something with this.
August 17 · Sergey GrigoryevIt's a nice family environment. The daycare is superb. My son loves the park there. My two older children love the swimming pool. Overall just fantastic. Thank you
June 17 · Jennifer OlmosAlthough we still use this location I don't recommend it. From the very start they messed up my registration by not properly adding my children to my account. That mishap caused a huge problem when it came to signing up for classes. It was so bad I even drove in to speak about it and lady helping me wasn't listening at all. She kept ignoring the bigger issue and just tried to push class times that didn't work for us. To get it fixed I had to speak with someone higher up who was definitely a better person to deal with and very kind.Second registration went smoothly.Third registration they had a swim class on there that apparently didn't actually exist. After about 20 attempts to register, several phone calls, then an email I finally hear back. The class didn't actually exist. No explanation on why it was even on there. So they offered a time slot that clearly wouldn't work because it would mean we would have to spend 3 hours at the Y. That's just too much wasted sunshine time during summer.I've registered my kids for some classes at the Pearl location and it went flawlessly. We only go here because of friends. So we will be splitting our time between both locations.
June 28 · Tia SnyderDo not recommend ,staff at the summer camp is super rude payed for one week and only took my daughter twice. The staff had terrible attitude on multiple occasions after picking her up. I will cancel my membership and DO NOT Recommend !
July 17 · jenifer lopezWent to take my daughter to the summer camp program and was told she wasn’t registered for week 3. I went in person to sign my daughter up for summer camp by 3 different people and not one person told me that she was not registered for week 3. I had to miss work to keep her for the day. Registering for anything with the staff members in person has been a horrible experience. I would have been better off signing my daughter up myself through the website. I was told I was paying for 9 weeks of summer camp and never told anything about week 3. So many kids were turned around today and told the same thing
