★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great place to train. I've been training since February 2023. I'm an above knee amputee, and have had very little problems training Jiu-Jitsu. Wade is very good at helping me adapt techniques and also at identifying techniques that work best for me. Wade is a legit brown belt under Royce Gracie. There are no egos at this gym. Wade is a very down to earth, genuinely nice guy, who cares about every one of his students. Everyone is super friendly to the point that they feel like family. I've visited other gyms, and this is by far the best place to train, in my personal opinion. I love that Kudos still trains in self defense, which a lot of gyms don't do anymore. Kudos has several students who compete in BJJ tournaments, and are very successful. Jiu-Jitsu is great for cardio, losing weight, developing strength, staying active, and for self defense. The hardest part about Jiu-Jitsu is making the decision to try it out. Give Kudos a try. I highly recommend it.

Great experience, the coaches were great with her, and the other kids were very friendly. She responded very well to their coaching style and had a great time! We will try to return next time we are in town.
