★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was looking to put my son in karate to improve his understanding of conflict, physicality, discipline and overall confidence. I heard great things about Kingi's from 3 different sources within 2 days. I immediately took my son to the free class and signed him up immediately. We started at age 5 and stopped at age 7. He learned everything that was intended for him. He is currently 9 and will be going back this year. My 6 year old daughter and 3 year old son will be joining him as well. This place is phenomenal and definitely worth committing time to. For your daughter, son or even yourself to get the most value out of the experience. You must do at least 3 things. Practice what you learn here at home, participate in the sparring day(this is key) and be consistent. Do not miss any days unless absolutely unavoidable. If google let you give 30 stars vs 5 stars, this would be a 30 star school.
April 19 · GO ATHLETICS USWe've been with Kingi for a year and a half and we love it. I have two kids and they have learned a great deal because of the support, encouragement, discipline, structure provided. It truly is a family, we have enjoyed going to the beach together, celebrating Halloween, and we've even attended Kingi camp. There is over 40 years of experience in this environment and it shows. We couldn't be prouder to be a part of it! Thank you Kingi Kajukenbo ❤️
March 06 · Aba Cassell-LemusI had the fantastic experience to learn from Senior Grandmaster Rick Kingi at a Kajukenbo seminar and it was one of the most enlightening and informative experiences ever! April 11 · Craig LogueGreat place to learn martial arts in a fun, safe environment. Students learn self-awareness, hand to hand combat, and intricate defense forms that promote discipline and coordination. Reasonable cost too!
January 24 · Rashidah ShakirBest mixed martial arts studio in all of Inglewood + Southbay. Massive size, very clean, well ran and organized. Family owned and operated. My Son loves to come here and train and all of the parents are really nice and get so excited seeing our children improve. We tried a few other places that focused on only one style of training and decided this avenue was best for us.The kids LOVE The Grandmaster as well! He’s stern, but easy to approach and takes his time to help the children understand ways they can improve.I highly recommend Kingi Kajukenbo!!
