It is rich with history and has had thousands of Japanese and other members of the community walk though its doors or grace it’s tatami mats all in appreciation and admiration of the Japanese arts it celebrates. The center offers a large variety of arts from martial arts like karate, kendo, kyudo, iaido, and aikido, to traditional arts like flower arrangement, calligraphy, and paining. It even offers dance and Zumba taught by wonderful teachers. The center is one of the treasures of the South Bay.
