My friend is doing a class here and she invited me to come with her as a plus one and I had an amazing time. The class is once a week for one hour at 7pm. The instructor is very nice. He is amazing at teaching you how to do the proper stances and moves to stretch your body and work it out the proper way. I would highly recommend coming to cross kick fitness and self-defense. They unlock a lot of hidden strength within and show you how to use that for your benefit. I think that’s very important for everyone to figure out within themselves.
