★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My son won a free trial to attend classes here. He was 5 years old at the time and was so excited to attend. After his first session, the instructor felt like it would be a better idea for him to attend classes solo. My son has autism and adhd, which I was fully transparent about. I informed them of this before we came because I wanted to ensure that they properly knew how to work with a child with these diagnosis. They ensured me that they could. My son was extremely hyper the first visit, so I understand why they thought it would be a better idea to have him attend classes solo. My son only got to attend 2 classes. After the second class they were supposed to call and set up another time, but they never did. They actually did this after the first session as well. Both times I had to call. The second time I was told that the instructor had a passing in his family, so we would have to wait until he came back. I completely understood and said okay. The lady that always answers the phone said it would be best to wait until after the Thanksgiving break. It's January now and we still have not heard from them. I don't feel like I should have to keep calling, so I haven't. I am really disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the unwanted need to work with all kids. My son deserves the same treatment as everyone else. I am actually glad that they showed me their true colors before we decided to give our hard earn money to them. I hope and pray that no other family has to experience this.
January 14 · Nicole WalkerOur three kids have been attending Elite almost a year and they love it. Master Steinman and Miss. Person are great with the kids. They are fun while teaching the curriculum, expecting respect, and teaching discipline. In addition to regular classes, they offer several camps, clinics, or special events throughout the year that kids can advance or practice skills. Also, costs are upfront and there are no pushy sales. Lastly, existing members are friendly and foster a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere. Our kids love it here and so do we!
