I cannot believe it has been two years since I started the class on Saturday mornings at Classical Tai Chi & R.I.S. Master Gray and instructor Christ are amazing. Practicing Tai Chi is teaching me a great deal about the mind and body connection. My balance has improved a great deal, and it is really a good workout! If you are looking to do something fun and extremely relaxing, I encourage you to try the class!
