The head instructor (Shifu), Liam Cochran is an approachable, knowledgeable, kind, and focused instructor. The kwoon holds both adult and children classes throughout the week, yoga once a week, AND even has a Historical Fencing class! Needless to say the CKFC community is very welcoming, an educational place to train, while learning what your body and mind are capable of achieving - whatever your personal goal may be.

The upper ranks work to help the less experienced students to improve. The classes are always upbeat and a great work out.
